We are a 100% remote, tech-forward real estate team with all the systems, tools, and lead generation to make your job of buying and selling homes easy. 

Our team training includes an 8 week real estate onboarding bootcamp regardless of experience level so every team member is ready to be successful. We continue this training with hosting weekly training calls and monthly individual one-on-one coaching for each team partner. Our time is valuable and so is yours too. Let's not waste it. 

We have an in-house marketing agency, staff photographer and drone pilot, full time listing manager, data research expert, and experienced transaction coordinator (once you cap) that helps us streamline our agents' selling process. We work with the best title companies, vetted lenders, and property inspection companies around. 

Our team partner program also provides long term junior and senior partner opportunities which pay performance bonuses based upon individual production and team project benchmarks (on top of everything Real Broker provides in terms of profit sharing, stock options, and incentives).
