He was responsive for a call or message anytime we had a doubt, problem, or asked for his opinion, and scheduled viewings on a short notice not to miss a house as it appears on the market. After few months of viewing and making offers and getting overbid, finally we got our house! George demonstrated an admirable passion representing our interest and managed to both lower the house price and got few % of credits toward the closing cost. Right after we moved in, the house had a couple of urgent issues to fix, and I was surprised that George offered help, came with his tools and helped for free. His years of experience in construction before becoming a realtor is something he leverages in house inspection and repairs. As a still pretty young professional, he is clearly devoted to provide the best service and doesn't see the end of house transaction as the end of our relationship. He builds long term relationship and trust, and I have no doubt we will recommend George to friends and family, and work with him in the future.
