Hi I'm Maria Silvaz a born and raised Southern Oregon local who believes home is about so much more than four walls.

My journey into real estate actually began on the marketing side. When a close friend was starting her own career as a real estate agent, I had the opportunity to help her with marketing. At the time, I had very little knowledge of what went into real estate or even anything that marketing an agent's business involved. As a stay-at-home mom and fiancé, I thought, Why not give it a try ? What started as simply helping a friend quickly grew into a genuine interest and passion. As I watched my friend build her business, I gained valuable insight into the real estate world, from branding and marketing to the behind-the-scenes details of being an agent. Over time, I found myself thinking, I would love to do this for myself . That experience ultimately inspired me to take the next step and pursue real estate as my own career.

My faith and family are at the center of my life, guiding the way I love, serve, and approach each season.  Outside of real estate, you’ll often find me making memories with my family camping, 4x4 Off Road events , spending time at the river or coast, gardening, cooking, and enjoying the simple moments that make life special are all a big part of who I am .

What continues to inspire me is the opportunity to help others achieve something I believe is so special having a place to call home, make memories, grow, and begin a new chapter.
