Veselina Karakoleva

Based in Lane County, where she has lived for over 20 years, Veselina was drawn to Eugene,

Oregon, for its natural beauty, unique culture, and strong sense of community. With roots in

Eastern Europe and a background shaped by travel and life in diverse environments, she brings

a broader perspective to the idea of home — one grounded not only in place but also in lifestyle

and long-term vision. Her work reflects that perspective, whether helping clients establish roots

in a new community, find a home that supports an evolving chapter of life, or thoughtfully build a

real estate portfolio over time.

Veselina’s background in Ecological Engineering and her credentials as a LEED Green

Associate inform a highly analytical and sustainability-conscious approach to real estate. She

evaluates homes through the lens of energy efficiency, building performance, material durability,

and long-term value, offering clients deeper insight throughout the process. Her ability to

balance technical understanding with measured guidance allows her to navigate each

transaction with clarity, strategy, and careful attention to the details that matter most.

Her approach to both life and real estate is rooted in presence, balance, and intentional living. A

daily practice of meditation and yoga brings focus and calm into the way she works with clients

and approaches each transaction. Outside of real estate, she enjoys time in nature, attending

local community events, and tending to her vegetable garden — one of her greatest joys and a

reflection of her connection to sustainable living. During the summer, you can often spot her

paddleboarding on nearby lakes or camping in the Oregon wilderness.

Give her a call to bring your life goals closer to home.

Bought a Single Family home in 2023 in Harlow, Eugene, OR.
Buying a house can be a difficult and intimidating process, but having George as a realtor made it as smooth as possible. After meeting with 5 realtors, we decided to work with George because he was honest, reliable, gave good advice but didn't try to impose his opinion on the house we should buy. He truly listens and prioritizes customer experience. He was responsive for a call or message anytime we had a doubt, problem, or asked for his opinion, and scheduled viewings on a short notice not to miss a house as it appears on the market. After few months of viewing and making offers and getting overbid, finally we got our house! George demonstrated an admirable passion representing our interest and managed to both lower the house price and got few % of credits toward the closing cost. Right after we moved in, the house had a couple of urgent issues to fix, and I was surprised that George offered help, came with his tools and helped for free. His years of experience in construction before becoming a realtor is something he leverages in house inspection and repairs. As a still pretty young professional, he is clearly devoted to provide the best service and doesn't see the end of house transaction as the end of our relationship. He builds long term relationship and trust, and I have no doubt we will recommend George to friends and family, and work with him in the future.

Sold a Mobile / Manufactured home in 2023 in Bethel, Eugene, OR.
Mason was a fantastic seller's agent. He went above and beyond when negotiating with buyers agents and working with myself and my family during showings (as we were still living in the property). He also mediated between myself and my ex during the sale which was a huge help. Would absolutely recommend.
